She welcomed me with such sincere warmth and handled everything with effortless grace. That level of care carried through the rest of the team as well; they even had my Amazon packages brought straight up to my room without me having to chase anyone down. When I asked about exploring the city, their guidance was spot on. Instead of just rattling off generic tourist spots, they gave me real insider tips on what to look for while wandering through historic Al Balad, from specific traditional goods to hidden local finds.
The property itself is lovely to spend time in. The lounges are cozy and inviting, with great shisha (hookah) available to relax in the evenings. The pool is a great spot to catch a breeze and decompress, and the restaurant consistently served fresh, delicious food.
Location wise, you really can’t beat it. You’re right on the Corniche near the Formula 1 circuit, and Red Sea Mall is just minutes down the road when you want to shop or grab a quick bite. It’s rare for a stay to hit every mark on service, comfort, and location, but this one did. I’m already looking for"
