"Got to the front desk, they would like you to check in through the kiosk, being a savvy, frequent patron of nearly all the hotels on the strip over the past 45 years I went straight to the check-in desk, and kindly saw asked if they could upgrade me for a better room. No charge they upgraded me to a strip view that also overlooked the pool. Very accommodating, and the room was right next to the elevators and ice machine. There was a safe in the room and the stay was perfect."

"Although the gentleman that check me in was very pleasant to engage with very helpful, went far beyond to make sure that I got what I paid for, but far as the parking they made it somewhat difficult, checking in, had to drag my luggage all the way from the back to the front no one to help me with the baggage the guys out front we’re trying to get tips more than anything, but the gentleman in the back were very pleasant. They told me park in the chicken was in the back didn’t understand that but OK overall the stay was beautiful."
