"This place is definately on our favorites list. The view is outstanding. The patio is large. Grill is great. Furniture is comfortable. Tables inside and out are large. Kitchen well stocked. Roads are paved and not steep. No stairs. Beds OK. Only thing lacking are grab bars in master bath. We will definitely be back. Mom loved her mothers day trip with her kids. She is 86 and we are over 60. We played games, watched tv, sat on patio for hours, shopped, ate lots and slept. What more could you...

"Loved that we were so close to the water and the lake view. It was a very peaceful environment. We meet the neighbors across the street and they were an absolute pleasure and enjoyed visiting with them. They were very helpful as this was our first trip to that area. I brought my husband here for a fishing trip for his birthday and it was convenient to have a boat ramp so close. We found everything we needed in the home as it was comfortable and well equipted. "We had a friend reunion at Grand Lake. The house was lovely and a great fit for us. The pictures look just like the real thing. The deck and yard area is where we spent most of our time and it couldn’t have been better! It is a 5 minute walk to the docks if you’d like to rent a boat too."

"Frank and Bao have created a great renting experience for their guests. We were surprised at how well stocked the house. Firewood, grilling supplies, even some bowtie of candy. We spent a lot of time on the deck overlooking the lake grilling and playing games. While we couldn't use the dock nearest the property, a very short walk around the block was the community dock where we did some fishing. "We would definitely stay here again! We loved the four-seasons room off the living room. We had coffee in the morning out there and relaxed in the evening listening to the night sounds. The bed was extremely comfortable as well as the other seating arrangements. The house was equipped with all the amenities of home. It was clean and decorated nicely. "One of the bedrooms had hard beds, but the rest of the rooms were great. The house was warm, but the temperature outside was over 100 which counted for air conditioner working hard. Over all we had a great time staying in the house and the owner was easy to get hold of if we needed anything. 4.7 out of 5"

"We had a wonderful time at this property. We brought our boat so having the dock was a huge plus. The lift is set up for a pontoon. The home was clean and well stocked with anything you might need. The use of the lily pad was a huge win for thr kids. They had a blast swimming right by the dock. The fishing off of the dock is great too. We caught catfish,perch and bass. We would definitely stay again."

"If you’re looking for a place to stay on Grand Lake this is your place. The house was just as described, even better. You’re within 5 minutes of everything, restaurants, shopping, fishing, etc. A huge Marina in walking distance of the house. You can see the lake from the back deck. The Host was very accommodating and very easy to communicate with. I would recommend staying at this house."

"We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect for our group of 14 adults. Close to downtown and the trails made this house perfect for us. The indoor pool and hot tub was just what we all needed after hitting the trails. Anytime I needed to ask a question about the house, I got a reply back within minutes. "We really enjoyed this home! It was peaceful and we wished the weather was better in order to enjoy the lake- maybe next time. The only item I wished we had known is that the 5th bed is actually the day bed trundle. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had no issue making meals. Overall we had a great time, access was very easy, and we will likely be back!"

"Overall we had a great time! We did not use the lake area but there was a lot of construction debris including boards with exposed nails that could have been a hazard. The driveway was very steep. We were disappointed that the big screen tvs were not connected to any cable services as we had hoped to enjoy some Sunday football games. We especially enjoyed the lake views from the enclosed sunroom."

"John and Dee have a wonderful place. Both the outside and inside are very well kept and stocked with everything that we needed for our weekend stay. The location was great with being right by the lake, just outside of town, and in a quiet neighborhood. All of us that stayed there would definitely stay here again."

"This house was perfect for our extended family get together. Nothing fancy but well equipped to meet all our wants and needs. We all enjoyed the enclosed porch area - cards, games, plenty of seating, wonderful views of the lake. Being close to the marina was ideal! Made boat rental very convenient and the kids loved the dock/swim area. The air conditioner understandably struggled to keep up with the August heat dome but kept temps tolerable."
