The property is surrounded by a river on 3 sides and the sound of the water makes for the perfect peaceful retreat. We're planning on coming back during swimming season!"

"Wonderful ski trip to see eclipse with family and friends. The house was perfect. Nice big table for all to gather for a meal and games. Kitchen was very well stocked, though I would recommend to bring a large pot. The non-stick fry pans were in perfect condition for eggs. TV worked well to catch the NCAA Championship games. I was able to access my accounts with the Roku. Great common spaces for lounging. Drive slow on the dirt roads are rugged. Community roads are nice for a walk, hiking boots...

"We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Two families with a total of 5 kids ages 7-12 and we had more than enough space to spread, hang out, and enjoy Jay. We absolutely loved the convenience of ski in/out and the ability to come and go as we needed. The house was super well stocked with everything from bathroom supplies, to dishwasher and laundry pods, to most kitchen necessities.
