"The apartment is a convenient location to the Arenal front and restaurants. The apartment has a large terrace and easy access to the pool. The photos need updating as there is no longer a view of the Montgo.Guests should be made aware of active construction on the two apartment blocks next door, which starts between 7:00 and 8:00 AM six days a week.Alisa, the property manager, was an absolute superstar—super easy to deal with, highly responsive, and any issues were addressed immediately.Would recommend changing both mattresses/beds as they are very noisy, whenever you moved. Despite the noise and view changes, Alisa’s fantastic management and the great location made for a good stay, but addressing the beds and updating the listing details would make a huge difference for future guests."

"Great location, surroundings and stunning views. The villa is well-equipped for large groups with a mixture of age groups; our group ranged from 8 years old to 72 years old. Overall, although the villa could be improved, we had a great stay."

"We stayed for a week at the end of June, at this beautifully located beachfront hotel. The view of the bay is stunning as all of the rooms overlook the beach and indeed the hotel’s beautiful gardens. If you are looking for a full-on, adrenaline pumped, pool- gamed hotel … this is not the hotel for you. Here you find a sophisticated, relaxed, refined vibe that suites couples and travellers wanting a quieter place to stay. Our room was large, clean, comfortable with a large bathroom and terrace overlooking the gardens and beach. What more could you want! Cleaned daily by friendly staff. The restaurant served a typically Spanish breakfast in a relaxed style. Good food every day - it helped if you had a smattering of Spanish to order the hot options as sometimes you didn’t always get what you were expecting! The pool is plenty big enough and secluded. No high octane music but ‘borrows’ music from the nearby beach bars. Always plenty of loungers and you can borrow the hotel towels, so no need to pack your own. Wonderfully warm water too. The only thing it lacks is a pool bar - you have to travel up to the hotel to get a drink. Maybe this is different in high season? The staff were always helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel and we are considering Parador hotels for our next stay too."

"Excellent location for anyone visiting Javea, especially the old town, with loads of character. Good communication from the owner. It is in the centre of the town next to the market so you have to expect some noise, but there was nothing intrusive. Parking is either in the nearby underground car-park or local streets, but there is parking outside the hotel for drop-off or pick-up. I would stay there again."
