This fantastic and elegant Ibiza-style vacation villa is located in Javea, one of the best areas of the Mediterranean coast. Due to its excellent climate and its demographic location between the sea and the mountains, Javea offers its visitors endless possibilities for leisure activities, great walks through the Natural Park of Montgó with many viewpoints of the breathtaking cliffs and coves and the wide promenade of 'Playa del Arenal' with a great selection of restaurants, fishing port and marina.

From the house you also have a beautiful view of the gorgeous, mountainous surroundings. The various terraces offer you the possibility to enjoy the sun or relax in the shade, depending on your preference. Spend a lot of time here in the fresh air with your favorite book in one of the chill-out areas or barbecue with the family and your 2 four-legged friends on balmy summer evenings. At the entrance of the private and enclosed property, you enter the gorgeous pool area via a staircase and the house via the spacious living room. On the same floor you will find a toilet, the kitchen, the master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom. On the first floor, which is directly accessible from the garden, are the two bedrooms and the bathroom.

The house extends over a generous 200 m² with plenty of space to retreat and counts with an immaculate, elegant and tasteful interior.
