Fantastic location

We’ve just got back home to Bournemouth and can honestly say we have had a great time in Xabia. Deborah from the time we booked was very responsive and answered all our questions. The apartment itself is of very good decor and is spotlessly clean and very comfortable and well equipped. The area is also beautiful, right by a marina and a very easy walk to all the restaurants and beach of which is also lovely. It’s worth while hiring the jet skis out and also a boat for half a day , very scenic along the coastline. We feel very relaxed after our break and cannot fault anything. Thankyou Deborah.

Everything was perfecto!

The apartment is lovely with all the best furnishings. It is in a great location - the waterfront area of Jávea is magical. Deb, the property owner, was incredibly helpful. She picked me up at the bus stop and took me back when it was time to leave. We weren't sure if the bus was running due to Good Friday holiday and she was even willing to drive me to Calpe, my next stop. Way above and beyond. This was the best VRBO experience I have had. Thank you Deb!

Absolutely Fantastic Apartment & Host

We had a fantastic time staying in Deborah's apartment. It is exactly as shown in the listing. The check in / check out process was very easy. Deborah met us and explained how everything worked and pointed us in the right direction to the things we needed. There was a slight issue with the Internet speed, but Deborah got onto the telecoms company immediately and had it resolved. The apartment is sparkling clean and fully equipped with everything you could need. The view from the balcony is wonderful, watching the boats and jet skis pass. It's also just a few mins walk from the beach. A big thank you Deborah for a great stay. We will certainly visit again.

This was a perfect week away in a brilliantly located apartment

We love Javea and this apartment was great for us, within 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. We asked Deborah (the host)to see if she would mind ordering us some sun loungers for the beach prior to us arriving and I would transfer her the money. Deborah not only ordered them but wouldn’t accept our money as they could be used by other guests. From before we had arrived we had great communication and service. We both want to return to this property.

Brilliant post-pandemic holiday back in Javea!

For our first visit back to Javea and first post-pandemic holiday in four years we needed our accommodation to be really good and our booking experience to be hassle-free. I have to say that Deborah more than met our expectations with her lovely canal-side apartment. The location is brilliant; lovely views and short walk to the Arenal (beach) area. The apartment itself is recently renovated to a very high standard with pretty much every amenity you could wish for in a self-catering property (a proper luxury home in fact) and many you wouldn't even have considered essential thoughtfully provided by Deborah. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for two full weeks with no hassle or problems whatsoever from the moment we made the reservation to the morning we locked up and dropped the key off. The off-street parking for our rental car was priceless for trips to the supermarket and exploring further afield, whilst being a short walk to the beach and restaurants in the evening meant you didn’t have to drive or walk far to amenities if you didn’t want to. Great location for Javea with Arenal on your doorstep and the port and old town only 30 mins stroll away or 5 mins by car. Great views in all directions from the generous 5th floor balcony, from Cap de San Antoni to the north to Cabo de San Martin south and spectacular sunsets over the majestic Montgo (mountain) through the kitchen window! We spent many lazy hours relaxing on the balcony afternoons and evenings just watching the boats and the world go by on the canal just below the apartment. The air con in the living room and main bedroom was most welcome when the heat got too much from time to time. Overall a fabulous stay - highly recommended. We will definitely visit again, thanks Deborah.

Over-winter in paradise

We have been going to Javea for 15-20 years, often more than once a year. The stay at Deborah's apartment was undoubtedly the best. Deborah is a wonderful host, great communication and incredibly helpful. The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean and was equipped with everything that we needed. The huge balcony has sunshine all day, gives views to both beaches and great views of the Montgo. The beds are super comfortable and the shower-room lovely. As we stayed a long time we cooked for ourselves some of the time and were able to use the utility area of the apartment to wash our clothes etc. The apartment block is nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. It is located a couple of minutes walk to the Arenal beach with all of the bars and restaurants but also next to the marina and an easy walk to the old-town area of Javea. Would definitely stay at Deborah's place again.

Superb stay

Just had a most wonderful stay at Deborah's property. Beautifully finished with great detail. Some nice refreshments left in fridge which is always appreciated. Everything one needs was provided for example hand soap, washing machine capsules, toilet roll...Quiet peaceful surroundings and yet close to all amenities. 20 min casual walk to the start of the Port. Highly recommend.

Exceeded our expectations

When we initially drove in, we were a little apprehensive as the apartments are not gorgeous from the outside. However on entering the apartment we found a delightful array of interesting features. Everything is brand new and the owner certainly has an eye for design. The view over the marina to the ocean is stunning and the large balcony is so perfect to sit and watch the world go by. The location cannot be beaten, it is just a very short walk to the beach and fabulous restaurants of Arenal. The (slightly superior) restaurants of the Port are a longer stroll along the seafront. The old town was walkable for us but others might prefer to take a car. Deborah, the owner went out of our way to help us and was always quick to respond to my numerous questions. We loved it so much that we extended our stay!

Superbe appartement

Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire. Appartement très bien équipé et très bien placé avec une vue magnifique. La résidence est bien sécurisée et le fait de pouvoir se garer est un réel avantage. La proximité de la plage, des restaurants et commerces permet de tout faire à pied. Apartamento con encanto, cómodo y muy bien situado

Hemos pasado una semana en este apartamento con nuestras dos hijas de 11 y 13 años. Hemos estado muy cómodos, en el apartamento hay de todo lo que se puede necesitar tanto en la cocina como en el resto de la casa. Las camas son muy confortables y es muy útil tener 3 dormitorios para que los jóvenes tengan un poco de independencia. Es una casa muy luminosa y fresca habitualmente porque corre brisa. A nosotros nos pilló una ola de calor y tampoco tuvimos problema con los aparatos de aire acondicionado. Es encantadora la terraza, con unas vistas preciosas del mar, el canal y la montaña. Aunque muy luminosa siempre tiene sombra, lo que permite desayunar, comer y cenar en ella si se desea… o leer un libro en su sofá. Como pequeño inconveniente que los fines de semana ahora en verano se oye algo de ruido, pero nada que impida dormir, y posiblemente inevitable al estar a 5 minutos andando de la playa y toda la zona de restaurantes, todo a mano. Hay un pequeño problema con la potencia de la luz, pero la dueña ya está pendiente para arreglarlo. En resumen, muy recomendable si se desea un apartamento coqueto y con comodidades en plena zona del Arenal de Jávea. Muchas gracias a Deborah, su dueña, que ha estado en todo momento atenta para darnos indicaciones antes y a la llegada, así como disponible para cualquier inconveniente que hubiéramos tenido ( y que no tuvimos). Un lugar para repetir.

Fab Apartment/Little Gem

This is a gorgeous apartment 2 mins from the beach. Everything you could want for a short term or longer term stay. Very well equipped. Lovely personal touches eg Welcome pack of drinks and nibbles. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash all in shower. Deborah the owner is very helpful and answered any queries we had v quickly. We had a fabulous week and would definitely return to this little gem of an apartment.
