Fabulous location in the sought after area of Montañar II, this is the perfect holiday home for small groups of friends or families alike. Set over two floors, this gem of a town house comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests, offering three light filled bedrooms, two contemporary bathrooms (one en-suite) and a convenient ground floor washroom. Air-conditioning, ceiling fans and a private underground parking space are but a few of the little luxuries that come with the property.

Did we mention the great location? Within a short walk to the Arenal, Cala Blanca and the wonderful rocky seafront of Montañar II, guests are spoilt for choice when it comes to planning an entertaining day or evening out!

Relaxing, interconnecting spaces are key features of the ground floor at Montañar Mar. Guests can move with ease from the leafy front and back terraces, into the open plan lounge-diner and adjacent kitchen. Sit watching TV on the comfy sofa, or take afternoon drinks on the kitchen terrace whilst contemplating a dip in the pool. Overlooking the gardens and pools, the convenient location of the larger garden terrace makes holidaying with little folk a stress free affair!

JH Tip: Montañar Mar is located only 250 mts from Ático Salónica and 150 from the complex where Cofisa Coral, Cofisa Great Blue and Cofisa Vista Mar are. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!

Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that groups of people less than 25 years in age are not permitted at this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund.
2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes. Utility usage is payable on departure.

El alojamiento es grande y muy cómodo. Tiene dos terrazas y todo lo necesario para disfrutar en familia.La ubicación es excelente. Las sabanas de la cama de matrimonio y las cortinas en la habitación de matrimonio porque no hay y entra el sol pronto.
