Villa Espada Jávea – Heated 10×5 m Pool & Outdoor Kitche

Welcome to Villa Espada in Jávea – a private Mediterranean retreat with plenty of space, comfort and an exceptionally generous outdoor area.

Villa Espada accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and is ideal for families, couples travelling together or multi-generational holidays where everyone can enjoy both shared spaces and privacy.

The heart of the villa is its spacious outdoor area. The private pool measures approximately 10 × 5 metres and offers plenty of space for swimming, relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean sun. Around the pool you will find several seating and lounging areas, an outdoor shower and a separate outdoor WC.

One of our favourite features is the large outdoor kitchen with covered dining area – perfect for long summer evenings, relaxed meals with family and friends, or preparing a traditional Spanish paella using the large paella pan and gas burner provided.

The villa has four bedrooms, one of which is located in a separate guest apartment, providing additional privacy for older children, friends or couples travelling together.

For your comfort, the villa is equipped with five air-conditioning units – one in each bedroom and another in the living room. Underfloor heating is also available for stays during the cooler months.

Additional facilities include a sauna, whirlpool and table tennis. The sauna and whirlpool are available seasonally and can be prepared for your stay on request. Please let us know before arrival if you would like to use them.

The pool can be heated on request and by prior arrangement.

The property is fully enclosed and accessed through an automatic sliding gate, offering a high level of privacy. Two cars can be parked securely within the grounds.

The villa is also well equipped for modern living, with high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi, two Smart TVs with access to popular streaming services, a washing machine, and dishwashers in both the indoor and outdoor kitchens.

Jávea’s popular Arenal Beach, with its promenade, restaurants, cafés and bars, is just a few minutes away by car. Supermarkets and other shopping facilities are also within easy reach.

We regularly spend time at Villa Espada ourselves. For us, it is not simply a holiday rental, but our own home in Spain, which we continuously maintain and improve.
