On the main floor there is a stylish living-dining room with two sofas, free WiFi, Smart TV and double doors that open onto a beautiful terrace with an outdoor dining area and barbecue. The semi-open concept living room has a wooden dining table that communicates with the fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, hob, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle water, juicer and plates and bowls. The kitchen has access to another terrace from which there is direct access to the common areas. On this floor there is also a practical toilet.

Even closer, just 350m away, is the rocky beach "Playa Montañar l", with bathing areas and the promenade that leads to the Port. The old town of Jávea is 3 km away and the airport is 101 km away.
