"It was exactly what I needed. Great value. Local to the town, beach and bus centre. Lidls and McDonalds are within a five minute walk. This time of year it is very quiet at night other than the occasional car or motorbike. And very reasonable in price. I am coming back in July. "

"We have stayed in Javea and nearby Moraira many times over recent years. This is our first visit to this villa which we chose as we knew it was an easy walk to the beach and shops. The walk takes about 10 minutes. The villa was ideal for us, and was well equipped for our needs. Everything in the villa is new and exceptionally clean so we felt really relaxed on arrival. The outside space is great with its pool and amazing Naya. We would definitely recommend this villa for couples and small families."

"We are just back home after an amazing week with our 3 children. Jean Luc is an absolute amazing host with great communication before, during and after. The villa is fully equipped with everything you could ask for. It is extremely clean, well maintained with regular pool maintenance. It was extremely secure which gave us peace of mind with having 3 children in the house. Jean Luc arranged a restaurant booking for us at Oasis for my wife’s birthday which was amazing! "This is a lovely and very well equipped little house in a well kept urbanisation. It is close to the beach and all amenities...and has the added advantage of having a supermarket and a couple of restuarants just outside. The pool area is private and sheltered."
