Awesome apartment in Jávea

High above the sea, with a breathtaking panoramic view lies this complex, which have been converted into 6 houses for rent. Each house has a separate entrance and individual terraces. The beautiful salt pool with solar powered pool heating on the lowest level is only used by these 6 accommodations. You also have the possibility to charge your electric car at the house. In one of these houses lives the janitor who welcomes the guests and takes care of the gardens and the pool. The complex is located on a private road and is absolutely quiet. On weekends you can watch the yachts passing by. On the way down, towards Javea, there are many interesting restaurants, and in Javea, with its beautiful beach, there are many culinary as well as cultural options available. Crib available on request. All guests receive a welcome package. Small dogs allowed on request.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests.

Breathtaking location

Lovely apartment, deceptively spacious - perfect for a family of four. Very peaceful location with stunning sea views. Owner very helpful and friendly.

Vue sur la mer, calme et reposant

Famille avec 2 garçons de 8 et 10 ans, nous avons passé une semaine dans cette location que nous avons apprécié pour sa jolie vue sur la mer, très reposante. Javea est une jolie ville avec une grande plage, des criques pour faire des PMT et des sentiers pour des randonnées pédestres. Merci à Deniza pour le bel accueil! A noter bien lire les petites lignes dans le contrat : les charges et le ménage obligatoire qui font augmentés le prix et en font une "mauvaise" surprise alors que même avec cela reste une très belle offre au vu de la vue ;-)
