This beautiful single-storey property has two double bedrooms, one of them with a practical en-suite bathroom, a second bathroom and an individual bedroom with the option of a trundle bed for a child. The bright kitchen is fully equipped with all the expected amenities, making it a great choice for guests who want to cook at home during their holiday in Jávea. The bright living-dining room leads to the covered terrace, where guests can dine outdoors or go through the pedestrian door that connects the terrace with the gardens and the communal swimming pool.



The area surrounding Flor de Mar is tranquil, and its location allows easy access to both the sandy beach of Arenal, with its numerous restaurants, shops and bars, as well as the beautiful Port of Jávea. The well-known beach bars La Siesta and Montgo di Bongo are 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, as is the stone beach that extends from the Port to the Arenal.

A week in Javea

The apartment was spacious for two of us and well appointed. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Advice on putting the security blinds down when out during the day and evening would have prevented us being burgled. The area was quiet and we were lulled into a false sense of security.

Buena ubicación

Ubicación buena, habitaciones amplias con buenos armarios y dos baños completos. Cocina bien equipada. Planta baja cómoda con terraza y piscina delante. Plaza de garaje fácil aparcar y amplia. El problema de las cucarachas, hasta 7 llevamos a encontrar. Es algo que me ha incomodado muchísimo. Olvidamos un armario de la cocina lleno de comida y no se dignaron a avisarnos para recogerlo. Cuando nos dimos cuenta la agencia había cerrado y nos quedamos sin esa comida. No ponen toallas ni sábanas de repuesto, hay que pagar por ello, no me gusta ese detalle, que menos que uno de repuesto.
