A two-storey duplex apartment, conveniently located a short distance from Cala Blanca and the main beach of Jávea. The whitewashed walls combined with a maritime colour scheme and light stone and wood accents bring a warm, beachy feel to the contemporary yet cosy interior.
A spacious living/dining room extends to an outdoor terrace, which is covered with comfortable sofa-style seating and a second dining area.
The fully equipped kitchen continues the light white colour scheme and offers ample space for a family dinner.
The top floor design is ideal for families seeking space. The main bathroom has a large walk-in shower and beautiful tiles and accessories, while the two twin bedrooms share a good-sized bathroom with a bathtub and fixed shower.
All three bedrooms benefit from air conditioning, large built-in wardrobes and the same elegant decor as the ground floor.
**Important Information**
1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.
2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.
3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract
