Fantastic apartment with terrace, community pool, parking, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and wonderful views of the mountains. Located in the well-known Don Pepe residence, it offers a large community pool, for adults and children, and impressive gardens with lawns. It is ideally located in a quiet and child-friendly neighborhood, just 400 meters from the Playa de Roca del Montañar II and close to all services.

Accommodation
This stylish, modern and bright apartment is 98 m². The house, distributed on one level, has 2 beautiful bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower, accommodating up to 4 people. The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and direct access to the terrace: the second bedroom has another double bed. The apartment also offers a modern and fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and plates and bowls. The tastefully decorated living room has a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, air conditioning, free WiFi and double doors that open onto a wonderful terrace. On the terrace we can enjoy a large dining table and magnificent views of the pool, the garden and the mountains. In the common areas of the urbanization you can enjoy an impressive garden with grass, a children's area and a large pool, fenced and with a children's area.

The old town of Jávea is about 6 kilometers away, and there are two excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius. The nearest airport is Alicante airport, which is 101km away.

Everything really couldn’t fault either the service or the apartment itself. Loved the location and all the little extras in the apartment so that a holiday-maker has everything they need, from beach chairs to umbrellas. There is nothing to fault but I have one suggestion … I always appreciate finding cleaning products or pantry staples from previous occupants. Perhaps on checkout, we could leave any items we think might be useful for future guests rather than throw them away as we are asked to do? Not food items, but things like olive oil/ salt/ sugar. Just a suggestion. Thank you
