Room basic, facilities getting old but the room was clean and the bed comfortable. For the price this is understandable and was ok for my 1 night stop over. Autonomous check-in was easy and the telephone support before arrival was friendly and efficient. Very close to futuroscope and the ALDI across the road opens early enough for supplies.

Disappointed

The room was warm unfortunately there was no hot water. Being January the restaurant was closed so even for a warm drink and food we had to go out in below freezing temperatures. The bed was very clean. No food or drink allowed in the rooms.

This property does not match the publicity photos - they must be at least ten years old! The reception didn’t even have any lights on and there was nowhere to get coffee. The place is shabby, the decor is faded, the bed was a worn out foam mattress on two planks of wood! The bedding was faded and had cigarette burns in it! The walls of the rooms are not soundproofed. I’m a biker and I’ve stayed in rough places but this was disgusting. I would NEVER recommend this place but I recommend Expedia removes it from the portfolio of properties.

TrÚs déçu. Chambre qui mérite une rénovation complÚte et un gros nettoyage. La salle de bain est minuscule et d'un autre temps. Le logement est trÚs mal insonorisé. Seul point positif de la chambre la literie qui est confortable. Bon accueil lors du petit-déjeuner, le petit déjeuner est classique mais correct. Proche futuroscope.

Ma pire expérience

Ma pire expĂ©rience... On peut pas appeler ça "un hĂŽtel", plutĂŽt un TAUDIS... DĂ©jĂ  de l'extĂ©rieur ça fait peur : une vieille construction moche et dĂ©gueulasse au milieu de nulle part. Une chambre au rez-de-chaussĂ©e Ă©tait abandonnĂ©e, dĂ©labrĂ©e, sans fenĂȘtres et on voyait Ă  l'intĂ©rieur les fils Ă©lectriques sortir du mur et pendre dans le vide. Juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© : notre chambre. Euh... comment dire... Petite, vieille, moche, mais le pire c'est qu'elle Ă©tait sale, une odeur dĂ©gueulasse de moisi Ă  l'intĂ©rieur. J'ai pas enlevĂ© mes chaussures tellement le lino m'inspirait pas de marcher en chaussettes dessus. La salle de bain est une cabine d'emploi et demie sur 1m et demie, pas plus. Apres la douche, il fait trĂšs chaud et humide dans cette chambre mais impossible d'ouvrir la fenĂȘtre car il y a des nĂ©ons Ă  l'extĂ©rieur qui attirent plein de grosses bĂȘtes de toutes sorte. La couette Ă©tant trĂšs fine, j'ai dĂ©pliĂ© la couverture supplĂ©mentaire qui Ă©tait posĂ©e sur une Ă©tagĂšre et lĂ , surprise : une araignĂ©e ENORME Ă©tait cachĂ©e dedans ! Genre une grosse araignĂ©e noire toute poilue, une horreur quand elle a commencĂ© Ă  courir sur le lit ! Et, aprĂšs inspection, une autre (la mĂȘme) se trouvait en dessous du lit, dans son Ă©norme toile. Le monsieur Ă  l'accueil nous a gentiment proposĂ© de nous changer de chambre pour nous mettre Ă  l'Ă©tage, le seul point positif de cet "hĂŽtel" est sa gentillesse. MĂȘme Ă  l'Ă©tage je ne me sentais pas en sĂ©curitĂ© car la porte se fermait mal...

l'hĂŽtel est en rĂ©novation. Il aurait Ă©tĂ© intĂ©ressant de le savoir avant de rĂ©server ! De fait, le sol de la chambre aurait grand besoin d'ĂȘtre changĂ©. la salle de bain est minuscule heureusement, la literie est excellente ! le petit dĂ©jeuner est beaucoup trop cher pour ce qui est proposĂ© !

nous sommes arrivé a 17 heure personne pour nous accueillir il faut appeler un numero la porte de la chambre etait dur a ouvrir et a fermer et aussi pour sortir c etait la galere en rentrant dans la chambre il faisais froid le chauffage n etait meme pas allumer et le seul radiateur est simplement un seche serviette

c'est moyen selon les chambres

Nous étions deux adultes avec deux enfants adultes et nous avons loué trois chambres pour une nuit. Nous avons eu les clés le matin avant de passer la journée au Futuroscope. A notre retour dans un froid glacial, les enfants ont eu la désagréable surprise de constater que leur chambre n'était pas chauffée et que pour l'une d'elle (la chambre 4), elle sentait la cigarette !? CÎté luminaire, ce serait à refaire, c'est vieux. Sinon la douche fonctionnait parfaitement bien et la literie de qualité. Petit déjeuner de qualité.
