"The apartment was not even remotely close to what was advertised and paid for. Got smoking room instead of non smoking. Not daily cleaning service. The wifi was not reliable had to change modems in the end. The unit had a lot of damages that I had to report on a daily basis. Ants crawling everywhere in the unit daily. The whole

"The breakfast was amazing there, my wife loved it. But I was on the 20th floor and I could hear everything. Usually most rooms in Jakarta are sound proofed, this one was not. I had to sleep with the tv on to drown out the noise of traffic and other guests. The rooms are worn down and lacking maintenance but the staff was fantastic "
