"Es fängt an mit der Zufahrt, oder eher der Waldweg der zur Hütte führt, er ist für Gelendefähige Fahrzeuge gemacht nicht für die typischen Vans. Dann kann die Vermieterin kein Englisch, dennoch bemüht sie sich mit der Überstzer-App dir zu helfen. Das Haus hat eine schöne Aussicht, das war es dann aber auch mit den positiven Sachen. Die Hütte ist nicht dicht, wir waren am Anfang der Regenzeit dort, dennoch kann man erwarten, wenn man sagt es sei ein 3-Sterne Hotel, das das Dach wenigstens Dicht...

"Had the absolute best time at Ayung Resort! The staff were absolutely amazing and we loved getting to go to tea time in the afternoon and hang by the beautiful pool. We had a driver, Rena, pick us up from the airport and he was the best tour guide ever —sweetest man ever and we spent the entire next day with him having him show us around the island! "The property is beautiful, lush with greenery and water features everywhere, and is very well-maintained. I felt totally relaxed in this green heaven. The staff were polite and attentive. However, housekeeping was a bit slack. I had to remind them 3 consecutive days to make up the room and provide the basic necessities like water bottles, cups, glasses, hand-towels, etc. This was a bit off-putting. Other than this glitch, the overall experience was good. "

"I liked - friendly staff - large villas - lovely resort - complementary afternoon tea - restaurant for dinner was nice - free shuttle bus service - mosquito box came in handy! I didn't like - spa times not consistent with website - spa appointments bookings / could not make use of the happy hour discounts - free photo shoot is not free! Had to pay +1 million IDR for 10 photos! This should be advertised as special offer rather than free as this was very misleading. "
