"the hotel is stunning. So close to SKM train by 10 min walk if you do not drive or fancy paying for uber. The most kind and pleasant reception and breakfast staff I experienced. The breakfast choice is wonderful! Spa is amazing and clean and room more than enough space and facilities. We checked out very early before breakfast staff and were given lunch packs to take to the airport with us which contained so much lovely food- sandwiches, salads, fruits, yoghurt and juices/water. I will definitely stay again we loved this hotel so much! thank you💚❤️💚"

"We have stayed numerous times at this hotel over the years whilst on business in the area and have always been very pleased with it. However, this time, we were disappointed that the hotel no longer cleans or tidies your room during your stay at all. They cite 'Eco-friendliness' as their reason for this, but obviously it is really cost-cutting. So it means that nobody makes the beds, tidies the bathroom, washes glasses in your room. Nothing whatsoever during your entire stay. Of course, we can do all these things ourselves, and we did, but what am I paying a four star hotel for then? Otherwise, the hotel is excellent, but they really do need to review this policy."

"Beautiful apartment that was extremely spacious. Our only complaint was how hot it was in the morning without air conditioning and only one of the 2 fans provided worked. Also we spent a good amount of time on spider removal each night after the sun went down 🕷️🕸️😨 would be nice if there was some kind of pest control to eliminate the spiders. Due to the spiders surrounding the doors and windows we couldn’t open the windows at night to cool down the apartment unless we wanted to share the bed with a million spiders. "
