"We really enjoyed our stay. The reception was welcoming, offered tourist information and recommended restaurants which we went to and enjoyed. The free secure parking was appreciated. The room was clean and spacious and had everything we required. We did not hear any street noise. The location was very accessible to walk to the tourist sights that we visited. "We walked in from our pilgrim route tired and wet. We were put in a cramped w/c accessible room on the ground floor.There was a locked connecting door to the next room. The occupants returned, talking loudly, and apparently smoking as we could smell the cigarette smoke in our room. We asked to be moved and ended up in a much nicer, larger room on the first floor, with a bathtub! Sorely needed after our long, wet day of walking. The next morning we arrived at breakfast to find one of the most complete breakfast offerings we'd seen thus far, and a lovely young woman presiding! Perfect for hungry pilgrims who would be walking again that day. So, things started out not wonderful but ended up great!"
