"Room had a funny smell. The rooms are really worn down. Doors to the rooms where set up like a motel."

"Dead bugs not roaches common bugs outdoors dead on floors. During night 1 am man knocked on door wanting money. No breakfast or amnesia ties except room Had microwave and refrigerator and tv had lots of channels. Goof location."

"Everything was beautiful! Loved the creatively decorated yard with warm night lighting, The room was beautiful. Great breakfast and really nice hosts."

"They were in the process of updating rooms. Our shower/bathroom was recently updated, but the room carpet was musty and old. Hope this will be updated the next time we come. Good value. "

"The view of the lake was excellent. Water pressure was very good. Everything was clean and the property owner was fast to respond to messages. "

"Hot Breakfast was basic. I believe Ive had better quality with the same foods at other Hamptons. Food Could be managed better. Our room smelled fine. Some hotels put musk spray in the rooms which gives me sinus problems "
