Vermieter sehr gut. Trotz mehrmaligen verschieben der Ankunft wegen Flugverspätungen klappte die Übergabe der Schlüssel bei Ankunft. Auch kleine Probleme wurden umgehend gelöst.

Es ist eine schöne, saubere und gepflegt Apartmentanlage. Alles entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Wir bewohnten die große (80qm) Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Besonderes war die überdachte mit Schattenmöglichkeit ausgestattete Terrasse. Das absolute Highlight war der schöne Pool mit Liegen und Außendusche. Bei der Ausstattung fehlte nix für einen entspannten Urlaub. In direkter Nähe gibt es eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Zum Steinstrand waren es keine 10 Min. Fussweg.

In dem Appartment 4 hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, in der Küche sind alle notwendigen Sachen vorhanden. Die Terasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Der Pool ist das Highlight. Der Besitzer sehr freundlich.

Lejlighed svarer til beskrivelse, rummelig og ren. Pool lækker, og det var nemt at få en solstol. God og hurtig internet i lejligheden. Maslenica er en hyggelig lille by, der har flere butikker og restaurenter. Kommunikation med udlejer fungerede upåklageligt. Vil til enhver tid anbefale denne lejlighed.

Wir hatten im gebuchten Feriendomizil einen rundum guten Urlaub. Das Haus war äußerlich sehr gut gepflegt, der Pool und Außenbereich war sehr gut hergerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde (Liegen, Sonnenschirm, Grillplatz, ...). Im Innenbereich ist seitens der Fotos schon ein sehr guter Eindruck zu gewinnen. Kleinere Abstriche sind dennoch in Hinblick auf die Hygiene zu sagen. Die Absprache mit unserem Vermieter begann bereits in Deutschland, als wir die Ankunft abklärten. Auf Emails reagierte er gar nicht, ein Anruf brachte dann Klarheit. Zum abgemachten Zeitpunkt waren zwei Damen vor Ort, die uns die Schlüssel gaben, unsere Persos abfotografierten, und lediglich dazu sagten, "dass wir uns wohl fühlen sollen und alles benutzen können". Ok. Der Vermieter würde dann nachmittags kommen. Wir blieben den Tag dafür am Haus, um diesen nicht zu verpassen (wer wusste denn, dass Strom und Wasser komplett kostenlos seien?). Ankunft seinerseits Fehlanzeige. Das war auch bei den nachfolgenden Anrufen die nächsten beiden Tage der Fall gewesen, er kam trotz Ankündigung seinerseits telefonisch einfach nicht. Am letzten Abend unseres einwöchigen Urlaubs kam er dann mal vorbei und gab uns das WLAN-Passwort und klärte andere Formalien. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle für den wunderbaren Service seinerseits (Ironie off). Trotz dieser Sache ist die Ferienwohnung in Verbindung mit einem Mietwagen zu empfehlen, da sie günstig liegt, preiswert und vor allem für Paare und Jugendgruppen zu empfehlen ist.

Einzig und allein das Bad war nicht so groß und sauber. Besser eine schöne Dusche einbauen und dafür ein größeres Bad.
