"Beachfront was very nice. If you want a view from balcony, go for 2nd floor...1st floor, the ocean would be hidden by the dune. Overall, very nice and would stay here again. Biting flies were very bad on the beach, so pack DEET. Maybe it was just this time of year (mid-May)."

"This place is awesome. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but this is a great place to stay. Very clean inside and the staff is great. Rates are great, especially in October which is when I go. The parking lot could be difficult if you're driving something big like an Expedition, but it's no problem for my car. I'm hesitant to review because I don't want it to be sold out next year! "

The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although...

"Our room looked out on the ocean and we loved sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. We also enjoyed the hot tub each night. The breakfast had something for everyone from eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, pastries and bagels, fruit, yogurts, etc."
