"Beautiful property with a lovely restaurant. Rooms were very nice and very large. Gorgeous property -- great for a wedding. We also booked ones of the cabins which was great for our family. "

"This is a great hotel within a 5 minute walk to the center of town. Friendly, helpful staff, gorgeous views and very nice rooms. Yes, the nightstands are wine corks! Breakfast was excellent and the bar area is beautiful."

"This property is beautiful. Surrounding streets and front exterior look a little worn but once inside, the yard and views are beautiful. Jacques is a very nice gentleman and host. He was born in this house. The rooms are clean and ours was especially spacious with a large modern en suite bathroom. Details like linens and dishware are high quality. Breakfast fruit and pastries with juice and coffee was exceptional and served on a large beautiful patio. We would definitely stay again on a visit to Sancere. "

Pleasant walk was suggested by the owners, to enjoy the Pont de Briare, fantastic afternoon. Very enjoyable stay, we left well rested and happy."
