"In the advertisement states parking available, but it’s not the case. In reception they said the door etrznce is broken but I saw cars, tracks and other vehicles were driving in and out but when I asked for a parking, I heard the door entrance doesn’t work. No true. I’ve added all my husband details for communication but emails and instructions for entrance the room comes still to my email. Simply reception doesn’t follow the details in the booking. "Hotel contacted me around 2:30pm on arrival day to give me chech-in instructions. For me a bit too late. Because you need a special APP to get your virtual key. So you need internet and enough battery in your phone... GPS didn't find correct way as it is in an industrial area... Studio fully furnished but in grey, beige and white colors so quite depressive. No pictures on walls. A/C a bit too noisy and fridge too near from bed. TV was progrmmed in russia :((( "

I really appreciated the in suite washer and dryer which were modern and worked well. There was also a full fridge and freezer and a dishwasher, hot plate and a microwave as well as a toaster and kettle. "Spacy and good with cooking possibilities. It was clean but in some sense a bit spartanic, but for my purpose it was very good, especially the pentry. Parking was always available to a very reasonable price. The corridors had a lot of old spots in the carpet that gave a bad impression. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Plenty of space and nice to have 3 rooms for sleeping as well as a great location. However as it is a basement (No6) it has no ventilation and therefore is hot and damp. There was a dehumidifier and some fans which help a little bit and the nearby hotel staff were very helpful. "
