"Perfect location for the old town- you can walk everywhere. Unfussy, clean accommodation with good kitchen facilities and comfy beds. Suggest a bit more info on directions to parking 150m away at the Notre Dame underground car park- entrance tricky to locate. I would use again."

Déçu par la propreté, la poussière en général surtout au niveau des chambres n'était pas faite. Beaucoup de moutons de poussière sous les lits. "Super génial, le propriétaire était très sympathique 🙂 nous avons eu un logement en centre ville de Poitiers c'était super. À 15 minutes du Futuroscope... très appréciable 😉. Le logement était bien équipé et le nécessaire à disposition. Même des dosettes de café 😊. "Our family of 4 had a lovely stay in this beautiful house. It is located in a very quiet street near the lovely centre of Saint Benoît village. Downstairs the tastefully furnished kitchen and lounge overlook a beautiful big garden. We stayed a week and even on rainy days the large patio doors meant the house still looked very bright, with a nice view of the terrace and garden. Good budget stay.

"Well located just off the motorway with regular bus services (#1 or 17) to Poitiers centre. Variety of eateries in the area too. Hotel appears tired from the outside and could do with some tlc! Inside areas are clean, including the basic but perfectly good bedrooms. Staff are helpful and friendly with any questions. "

Quality hotel

"Quality rooms at a reasonable price. The hotel is very large and seems a bit ‘corporate’ but it’s a nice hotel and very conveniently located. We didn’t eat in the restaurant so can’t comment. There are lots of restaurants and services nearby."

Only a one night stay

"We booked the hotel to attend a music concert at the Futurascope Arena. The hotel is clean and tidy with excellent facilities. The bar has tables with games on them which was a unique touch. Check-in was easy, staff where very friendly and efficient. Room was a good size, bed was comfortable. The only downsides were that their were no drink making facilities in the room and the bathroom and toilet area were tired. We would use the hotel again. "
