"Incredible stay! The cabin was large and spacious with a beautiful big fire place which the staff help to light. The bath was amazing and the bed so comfortable! Each morning we played tennis and then enjoyed the sauna. We didn’t even realize there were other amenities when booking since there were no photos of the pool or shared spaces. The staff were very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this stay! "

"We very much enjoyed our 2 night stay at El Santuario! The location is breathtaking. We went Monday through Wednesday, so the resort itself was pretty empty. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves! The room was clean, the view was gorgeous, and the bed was comfortable. We went to the Spa and felt total bliss. It was magical. For any non-Spanish speaking travelers who come here, it's important to know some basic Spanish because we only interacted with a few staff that spoke English. Overall, we would highly recommend El Santuario to anyone who is looking for a serene spot to relax and reset. Valle de Bravo, Mexico is a gorgeous area and while we didn't leave the resort, we would have absolutely loved to explore the little lake town. "
"We arrived in Valle de Bravo at the beginning of a holiday weekend, and unfortunately found out that our booking in Centro from another website was a fake listing. We were scrambling to find something that had 3 rooms available and hotel el arco was one of the only choices. We were disappointed to not be staying in Centro, but the hotel itself was very nice. The rooms were simple but comfortable. The shower was hot. The pool was lovely. The staff were friendly. The coffee and pan dulce in the morning was a nice touch to get us started for the day. "
