"Carolina, the concierge was incredible and made this an easy check-in and great trip. She met us at the apartment and explained everything and provided tips about the area. When small issues arose (such as the hair dryer broke) she was quick to solve them. The apartment is in a FANTASTIC location with access to attractions such as funicular and hop on close by. "Absolutely wonderful studio apartment in the top floor. Views out of the bedroom of thr Mercado! Couldn’t fault it for cleanliness and customer service. Everything was spotless and it is a really central location with the old town , restaurants and other amenities only a short walk away! Very happy with our stay here, thank you! ☺️"

During our stay was my wife birthday and the management of the resort surprise us with a cake and a bottle of sparkling wine. The resort is in good central location.
