A good resort. I confess that my expectations were much higher than what I found; social media sells a much greater illusion than what we actually found. It's a very good hotel, with good food and an excellent selection of beers and wines, although the spirits weren't premium quality. I think the price is above what it's actually worth. But it was very nice to be there for six nights, although four or five would have been enough.

Voltar ao Japaratinga é sempre a certeza de escolha certa. Várias opções de drinks, cervejas e refris, comida e sobremesas variadas bem preparadas, atendimento ótimo por todos os funcionários, da praia ou do resort. Apresentações musicais de qualidade. Para ser perfeito só precisar dar um jeito no cheiro de mofo dos quartos do térreo. Já nos hospedamos no 024 há um ano e no 016 desta vez é o cheiro de mofo é terrível. Havia técnico fazendo manutenção no ar condicionado dos quartos que amenizou o problema mas não resolveu. Impossível não voltar pra casa com uns quilinhos a mais!! Td muito gostoso! Lugar para voltar sempre…

A estadia foi perfeita. Já na recepção o atendimento do Iury foi maravilhoso, super atencioso e educado. A programação musical foi um show a parte. Recentemente, tive uma experiência extremamente decepcionante com este resort. Apesar de ser um estabelecimento de alto padrão, fiquei indignado ao descobrir que estão cobrando uma taxa extra para hospedar meu bebê de apenas quatro meses. Isso porque nem berço ou outra comida de estariam disponíveis, simplesmente o bebê precisa ir para um quarto que acomode 3 adultos. Isso é inaceitável e discriminatório, especialmente considerando o preço exorbitante que já pagamos pela estadia. Esperávamos um tratamento acolhedor e inclusivo, mas fomos surpreendidos por essa política absurda. Bebês dessa idade não utilizam as instalações do resort de forma significativa e não deveriam ser motivo para cobranças adicionais. Essa prática demonstra uma falta de consideração e respeito pelos hóspedes que viajam em família. Além disso, qualquer solução seria ruim, cancelar, no balcão a reserva e não ter estorno imediato ou pagar esse extra, quer dizer, para o cliente, só mesmo mais despesa. Não recomendo este resort para famílias com bebês. Existem muitas outras opções que oferecem um serviço muito mais justo e acolhedor, inclusive na mesma rede. Espero que reconsiderem essa política para evitar que outros hóspedes passem pela mesma frustração.

Resort Maravilhoso

O resort é maravilhoso, com uma excelente estrutura. São diversos restaurantes, desde buffet, a pizzaria e restaurante a la carte, além dos bares das piscinas e um bar mais perto da praia. A comida é muito boa e bastante variada. O quarto também é bastante espaçoso e muito confortável. O nosso quarto tinha até uma chopeira! As atrações musicais também são muito legais, tem uns 4 shows por dia, em vários ambientes diferentes (concha acústica, área da piscina, pub, bar da praia...). Enfim, vale muito a pena.
