"Turned up at 9pm to a dirty chalet. It had not been cleaned when the other guests had moved out. There was dirty towels all over, dirty unmade beds, rubbish lying, dirty dishes. There was dust, toe nails and crumbs all over. We reported this and was told there were no other chalets available. We then were told it would be sorted within a few minutes. Over an hour later we were still sat waiting. No offer of a glass of water or coffee. When i asked thwy told me the bar was closed, yet staff were...

"Vi er svært skuffet over oppholdet på hotellet. Hver dag fra kl. 09.00 til 15.30 var hotellhagen og svømmebassenget opptatt av skolebarn. Dette gjorde at våre barn ikke fikk brukt bassenget, noe de hadde gledet seg til. De ble veldig skuffet. Frokosten var også langt under forventningene. Utvalget var dårlig, og det var kun én kaffemaskin, noe som førte til lange køer hver morgen."

"Our room at The Monastery was spacious and clean. We appreciated the high ceilings and comfortable bed and amenities (fridge, coffee maker). The staff was helpful and the restaurant onsite (Umo) was delicious. The only areas for improvement would be higher quality towels and linens and another coffee maker in the breakfast room (it was slow and there was a wait to use)."
