"I like the location of the place since it's really close to Busan station. The bed was comfortable and they offer complimentary breakfast. Complimentary water in the room and more with towel change which is nice. Staff did their job but nothing above and beyond. My biggest issue is that the bathroom was not clean. There were strands of long hair everywhere from the sink, mirror, wall and tub. It's clear that they didn't bother to check if it was clean or looked after."

Everything was well instructed and really enjoyed their kiosk and QR code services to check in and check out system with all the amenities detail."
