"HOTEL precisa melhorar em muitos aspectos! Os quartos são muito ruins e zero aconchegante. Nos colocaram em um quarto cujo a TV não funcionava, a luz central em cima da cama fraca, quarto escuro e muito ruim. Comentei com um funcionario qua eu nunca vi uma suíte ser pior do que a categoria inferior(quarto luxo). Recepção central do hotel é um FORNO, simplesmente não tem ar condicionado. Janaúba é um calor insuportável... Banheiro com infiltrações no teto, a parede com aspecto de mofada e suja....
