The photos should speak for themselves; for example the sign talks about homelessness, hanging on the porch, doing drugs, etc, all saying that you will be ejected immediately for violating the rules and if you are offended, "deal with it." "This is right near uptown. It is close enough that everything is walkable but far enough on the edge that it's not too loud. Small World coffee is around the corner and so is Hoagie Haven, Tiger Noodles and some other food spots. The apartment itself is comfortable. There were a few odd things that weren't a big deal such as linens were provided but only one washcloth. Also, be aware that the heating is uneven.
