"This property is quite close to the city, which makes it a perfect destination for those who want to get away without having to go too far. The house has a very nice decoration and is perfectly equipped. It has a stunning view of Laguna el Pino. We went during the rainy season, and although the road is a bit difficult, small cars can go up without any problem. Don Hector, the housekeeper, was great. Very nice, helpful and proactive."

"I chose this place because it is close to my extended family so we could visit them easily. The house is very spacious and has three rooms, just as described. The children enjoyed the house as did the adults. The jacuzzi tub is a nice addition as well. Overall, getting to the house was easy and the guarding as well as the owner were easy to contact. I would stay here again! Thank you!"

"The property manager and hosts and workers were always willing and open to helping you. As a foreign tourist, this was most welcoming and appreciated; language barriers and cultural differences can be challenging, but they made you feel at ease. It was easy to book an Uber ride, so travel to other attractions was not difficult. The meals offered on site were nice as well. The bedding was comfortable and met the low-cost expectations. "We had a great stay at Good Hotel. The room was very small but a super efficient use of the space and just what we needed for one night in Guatemala City. Breakfast at the restaurant was tasty, and the area around the hotel is walkable with lots of shops, cafes and street art. Would stay again!"

"A few different times we have stayed here. Generally clean, well-apportioned for the price. Small breakfast. Potable water. Friendly staff. Of course we will be back if we need it. Downside no parking. Area nearby has unsafe sidewalks and grossly littered streets id you’re walking in from the airport. Not a reflection of the property, just an FYI. "
