"We stayed at the hotel for 11 days over 2 separate bookings. The hotel in general is a good place to stay. The ground maintenance staff/ house keeping and a couple of the reception workers were kind and welcoming and always smiling. There were a few reception workers who were not so welcoming and rude. 1st booking - the room we booked was not available so the hotel provided an upgrade. "The building here is a bit old, and you can see the wear and tear in the space, but that just makes it interesting. This is a great, central, inexpensive space to stay when you see Jaffna. There's a restaurant below- a big cafeteria style front and a slightly hidden secret courtyard in back which is a beautiful place to spend an evening. I would spring for a room with AC, though, if you're new to SL. I was shocked at how much hotter Jaffna is than the rest of the country. The staff are...

"not a very nice hotel .the staff was a very nice.the building was ok alot of freash paint smell.there is alot of rowdy crowd who eat and drink till late night.very noisy. the breakfast was excellent.situated in a very prime area"
