"This is a unique hotel that offers some majestic views as it sits high above the city. It is also next to a castle that is worth visiting. Common areas and hallways are very nicely arranged. Our room was a bit cold and there was no way to warm it up as I was told that the A/C unit can only cool. This was a bit unexpected. Given the overall experience though, we had no regrets!"

"The host was extremely prompt in answerig any questions and solving problems. He provided greqt service, beyond what we would expect. For example, he met us at the bus station and took us to the apartment where he explaied how things worked. When the shower drain backed up, he was appreciative of letting him know abut the problem and extremely prompt in fixing the problem.We had a mis-communication about our departure time, which was unfortunate. I think his English is limited.The apartment is very nice, extreely well-located and served us well."

"I picked the Pension because it was close to the town center. Check in was ok—I was there at 1230 and check in wasn’t until 1430. Fair dues, the owner gave me my room right away. The premises and the room seemed tired, worn out, and a bit grubby. Light in the passageway was an issue at night. In the bathroom there was a sulphorous odor. If you kept the bathroom door closed it didn’t get into the bedroom. The shower is small, and it was a bit like having a fight with yourself in a telephone booth. Pretty standard for Europe though. There was a thin sheet between me and the mattress which didn’t fill me with confidence. The biggest issue of all though was the noise. There was some sort of party going till 0400! Very loud. And whoever was next to my room could be heard clanging, bumping, thumping and talking. As I wrote earlier—I chose location over every else. So, I have only myself to blame. Finally, it seemed very expensive for what I got. But it is right in the middle of town. "

"We stayed there for two nights to visit friends. Location is perfect and staff was amazing. Make sure to call ahead to make sure someone is available to check you in. A "
