"My family and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED this house!!! The location was perfect!! We visited the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Hiked the full trail of the Narrows in Zion National Park, Sand Caves, Coral Pink Sand Dunes and many more. I loved coming back to the house and relaxing after our busy days. We grilled out, played basketball, and loved the front porch sitting in the early mornings. I would definitely stay again here."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The host had everything available that was needed to make our stay pleasant. There was shampoo, razors, toothpaste, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, some spices, plenty of toilet paper etc. Which made it nice to have on hand when we arrived by plane. We enjoyed coming back to the house and relaxing after a day of hiking and visiting the National and State Parks in the area. Would highly recommend this house."

"The house had absolutely everything we needed for us to prepare meals, unwind, and even watch the beautiful sunsets. This place has been one of our family’s favorite places. The owner anticipated everything their guests could need. We will definitely be staying here again. The house is located conveniently a short distance from the best nation and state parks. Restaurants are a short 5-10 minute drive away."

I cannot recommend this home enough! Great location for visiting Kanab and Zion National park and the North rim of the Grand Canyon."

"leaning pine property was great. House very clean and well stocked with all we needed. Outside yard and grill area was very nice. A suggestion would be to place a night stand on the right hand side of the bed in master bedroom, a small dresser and chair would be beneficial and aid in dressing. All else was very good. Location was excellent for what we wanted to do.. "
