"The staff was so helpful. I have a horrible sensitivity to smells and there was a cleaning smell in my room that would have made me very ill. The young man on duty immediately found me a new room, inspected it himself, brought is bottled water and came back about 30 minutes later to be sure the new room was ok. I would stay at this hotel again simply because he was kind. But that is not were this review ends. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and I was surprised with how quiet it was. I marked this hotel as a favorite so as we travel through this area we know that this is the place to stay. And the price....honestly was a huge deal!"

"This was a very nice stay. The room was very clean, as was the hallways. I had my dogs with me and they enjoyed walking outside in the grass as well. I would recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again."

"This is my go-to motel in Marion, NC. Clean, easy I-40 access and convenient to Marion. Clean and very hospitable. Agreeable to any extra requests. Would like to see some upgrade to their breakfast regimen; juices, fruits, variety of muffins, oatmeal, etc. A very good value but would be worth a little more with an improved breakfast menu."

"This property did not disappoint!!! The villa we were in had everything we needed, and was very spacious. Our party had 6 adults and there were plenty enough beds and room for all of us. They have so many things for families to enjoy indoors and outdoor. We will definitely be booking again in the future. If you like to golf this is definitely a place to stay. Beautiful greenways."

"The gentleman who checked us in was very nice an welcoming. The check-in was quick and we were on our way to our room. Once we got off the elevator and was walking down the hallway we noticed a commercial sized fan that was really loud blowing down the hallway. Of course, our room was right there at it. There was a really horrible smell and I told my husband it smelled like mold. While our room was nice, there was a dirty towel left on the hanger on the back of the door in the bathroom. When we went down to get our luggage, we asked at the front desk about the fan and how loud it was. We were told there was a major water leak on the third floor that leaked down onto the second floor and flooded it as well. They were trying to dry it out. I feel like the rooms around the leak should not have been rented. We would have gone to another hotel, but it was a holiday weekend and they were all full. Again, the room was nice, it even had a recliner in it. The breakfast bar was your typical "bread bar". Cereal, bread, muffins, toast, biscuits and waffles. They did have some round sausage and gravy to put on the biscuits. They had yogurt and white milk, no chocolate milk. There was apple juice, orange juice and coffee. It was very quiet even though it is right next to the highway."

"This is a cute little cabin in Spruce Pine. There is 1 bedroom and bathroom downstairs and an open bedroom in the upstairs loft.The cabin is clean and well stocked. It is up a stone road and a very quiet location although there are other cabins nearby.This is a good place to relax, rest, and read a good book!"
