The backyard is truly the centerpiece of this home. Spend your days floating in the heated (for a fee) saltwater pool, relaxing in the spa, practicing your short game on the private putting green, or gathering around the outdoor kitchen for dinner and drinks. The screened enclosure creates a luxurious resort feel while allowing you to enjoy outdoor living year-round. At night, the backyard transforms into the ultimate evening hangout with tropical lighting, fire pit seating, and cozy lounge spaces throughout.



💦 POOL HEATING | $35/DAY

Pool heating is available for an additional $35/day from September 15 – May 15, with at least 72 hours' advance notice. The pool is heated to a target temperature of 85°F; however, temperatures are not guaranteed when overnight lows fall below 55°F

🐾 Dog friendly stay: We warmly welcome well-behaved canine companions (no cats). Jacksonville Beach is dog-friendly, with many restaurants offering outdoor seating and water bowls for your pup.

• Up to 3 dogs

• $150 per pet fee

• Dogs should be house-trained or kenneled when alone

• For the comfort and safety of all guests, aggressive or unsocialized dogs are not permitted



💦Pool Heating: Pool heating to 85° is available September 15 – May 15 with 72 hours’ notice, with a $35/day heating fee. Heaters may not reach the desired temperature if the lows fall below 45° (which is rare).



📝 Cancellation Details: In the event of a cancellation, a 3% processing fee will be applied to cover credit card transaction costs
