Nice place for a couple

Well appointed and maintained - especially the kitchen. I'd like it better if it was on a higher floor and faced due east rather than northeast ( for the sunrise ) but still a fine place to stay in a great location.

Nicely outfitted one bedroom on a beautiful beach

Every thing we needed (boogie boards and beach chairs) for a peaceful vacation. Nice location, beautiful stretch of beach. Vacasa took care of 2 small problems quickly. UNit close to elevator and stairs. Only thing not included was beach towels.

Beautiful condo on beautiful beach. One recommendation is room darkening curtains for bedroom, not shears. Also ability to set thermostat. Always went back to higher temp when sleeping.😞

Vacasa is horrible

The condo, town, beach, restaurants were all wonderful. But I may never do another vacation rental for fear I could be shuffled off to Vacasa as property manager. I don’t want to discuss the issues because they are so numerous and give me heartburn. But the bottom line is that they did absolutely nothing, other than provide confusion and disinformation.

B-126 is cute and convenient!

Overall we enjoyed our stay as we have rented several of the ASRC units. This unit does have a bit of an obstructed view of the ocean, but with being ocean front is easy to look past that aspect. The unit was clean and the furnishings were adequate for our stay. I will say, while Amazon Basics housewares and flatware serve the purpose, I would have expected a better quality considering the price point of these ASRC units. The 2 large televisions are nice but there is no DVD/BLU-RAY player. If you like to get up with the sunrise then this unit is for you because the bedroom only has thin linen sheer fabric curtains... there is no way to block out the light! The balcony furniture needs to be replaced as the set is quite rusty from the salt air... not a deal breaker by any means, just a helpful suggestion. As I said, overall it was a nice stay.

Awesome accomadations.

Only negatives were the pool was unheeded so unable to swim. Also black out blinds in the bedroom would’ve been much appreciated as the sun rose right into the bedroom in the morning. Other than that fantastic location, beautiful beach and Trucha photos. Would stay again.

Immaculately clean ocean view condo!

The condo was beautifully updated, immaculately clean & the views are out of this world! Rental company was very responsive & a pleasure to work work! When arriving the condo was missing a knife set, messaged the rental company & they personally delivered a new in box knife set. We enjoyed listening to the waves at night & cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. Everything was perfect & reasonably priced! We will be returning

All was well but…

Nice place to stay with pool and beach views. 2 things that need to get squared away. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work consistently. So if you plan to work here while on vacation be sure to check that the Wi-Fi is fixed.the host did send a maintenance guy up but I had already fixed it only for it not to work a couple hours later. The second thing is the tub drains slow. As of this review the tub will hold about 6in of water. All this said we were very satisfied o er all.

Terrific Beach Front Condo

We stayed for 2 weeks and loved the open feel due to the kitchen renovation, which provided way more counter space than in most of the other units. The kitchen appliances were modern too. The view is spectacular and we were able to get quick support for any issues. We would definitely want to visit again.

Bare minimum

The terrace was dirty and we contacted vacasa with a request to have it cleaned. No one ever showed up to clean it. There are two suitable hightop chairs on the terrace and two plastic Adirondack style chairs. The Adirondack chairs are useless and just take up space. There are no pictures of the bathroom because it is very unattractive. It’s functional but very worn and cheaply appointed. The water has a lot of sulfur in it and leaves a film on everything. The bed is too large for the bedroom and makes it difficult to get through the room. The dresser and night tables have broken handles and do not open or close properly. The living room and kitchen area is fine. The kitchen is lightly supplied with utensils but it is functional for small meals. There are no gas grills on the property, but there are some charcoal grills near the parking lot. This place gets the bare minimum of maintenance attention and upkeep. It would be a two star if it wasn’t for the location and access to the beach.
