Enjoy all the amenities this 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome has to offer in Sawgrass Country Club.
The large living room with floor-to-ceiling windows is a wonderful gathering space for family and friends to reconnect. The screened porch is another great space to grill, watch the birds and enjoy the marsh views. Along with a full-size kitchen and dining space makes this townhome a great place for families. The Master bedroom has a King bed and TV while the guest room features 2-double beds. As a bonus, the upstairs loft has a Queen Futon, for a quiet place to read, nap, or an extra bed for the kids.

Please Note: Sawgrass Country Club is a private membership club for residents only. Memberships do not extend to guests staying at rental properties.

Family business

Beautiful updated property. One story, open concept. Screened porch with nice view. Everything you need for a great vacation. One hiccup at beginning of trip was solved immediately by property manager with great solution. I will definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Shady Palms is in a great location with an easy twelve minute walk to the beach, however, the unit is old and needs updating. The furniture was comfortable but dated. The master bed was also comfortable. Most of the blinds in the house were not working and badly need replaced. The kitchen was sorely lacking in basic supplies. The property management company was very accommodating and provided us with a grill, blender and other necessities. The ice maker didn’t work, the handle on the microwave was broken, tubs and showers old and stained, carpet was very stained, it needs a lot of attention.

Outdated and dirty!

We recently stayed at this property for vacations and were very disappointed! The place did not look like the pictures! It was very outdated and dirty. Furniture and bathrooms were very outdated! It also felt very damp! The outside patio was falling apart and covered in green mold so you could not use it. The trash area was also disgusting. The blinds on the windows were also gross, outdated and falling apart! Overall would never book again! Property owner should seriously consider fixing this place up before inviting any more guests. We paid a lot of money and we’re high disappointed and felt ripped off.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is well situated for my needs, as our wedding venue was literally across A1A. Plenty to do in the area and the property is lovely.

A Couple of Things...

The Shower heads definitely need replacing, because they are completely molded. Also since it is a pet friendly property I felt like it had way to much carpet. Just my opinion, people with pets especially dogs feel like carpet is less clean!
