Pickleball Paradise is an updated, professionally decorated 4 bedroom 2 bath townhome located in a quiet beach neighborhood just 5 blocks to the beach. The backyard oasis features a pickleball court, putting green with a sand trap feature, large heated pool, fire pit and separate covered seating area. This townhouse is single level with an open concept living, kitchen and dining room.
This PET FRIENDLY beach house is dressed with smart TV's, WIFI, fully stocked gourmet kitchen including a blender, Keurig, regular coffee maker and toaster; all you need is food and drinks. It also has a full size washer and dryer, a gas grill. Linens will be provided for all beds including the air mattress. Bath and beach towels are also provided as well as beach gear – beach chairs, cart, blanket and cooler. Garage has been converted into a game room, so you have everything you need without ever leaving the house! Queen air mattress located in main bedroom closet.
This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. All can be seen on our below site. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. We also partner with local beach bike and golf cart rental companies that will drop these off at the house. The inside of the house is very cozy and much bigger than it appears from the outside, but the real highlight is the backyard! You feel like you are at your own resort. Highly recommend booking this house!

Amazing time in Jacksonville Beach
My family was looking for a staycation in jacksonville close to the beach to hang out. We found this property. Wow it was incredible. Our kids loved the pickleball and basketball court in the back yard. We were walking distance to the beach. The younger two stayed in the loft room which had an amazing paint design. The place was very clean and would definitely stay again.
