Come enjoy an Amelia Island getaway at our recently updated 2 Bed/1.5 Bath Townhouse! Our budget-friendly bungalow is located just 1/4 mile from Main Beach and 2 miles from the historic downtown Fernandina Beach. Plus, Fort Clinch State Park and Egan's Creen Greenway are a short bike ride away! Our townhouse is truly convenient to everything the island has to offer - and best of all, beach access is just a short walk across the street!
Situated close enough to the shoreline to hear the waves at night, our townhouse has been recently updated including new furniture, flooring, and upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms. From the lower level guests enter the living room, which offers comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. The dining area seats four and is right next to the renovated kitchen featuring all new appliances and counter tops. From the downstairs level, guests also have access to the laundry room with a washer and a dryer.
Both bedrooms are on the upstairs level. In the master, guests will enjoy a new king mattress and flat screen TV. Private balcony access can also be reached from the master bedroom.
The second bedroom offers two twin beds with new mattresses and linens as well. The main bathroom on the second level has a tub/shower combination and a new vanity with extra counter space. Guests are provided all fresh bed linens and bath linens, including beach towels.
Dogs are considered but they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs.

**NASSAU COUNTY SHORE PROTECTION PROJECT: Scheduled for late spring/early summer 2025, this project will temporarily impact this property's beachfront. It has begun about 0.5 mile north near E. 2nd Street. It involves machinery pumping sand onto the beach from offshore and being graded into place by bulldozers and other equipment. It could cause noise disturbances as it moves south toward Seaside Park on Sadler Road. The beach will still be accessible but may be impeded in sections by piping and the construction work taking place. Please reach out for further details and project updates.**
