We are right off of the connecting canal "fishing creek"
and the property is right on the water

The building is connected to our main Kayak and Jet Ski rental business.
Each stay will come with free Kayak Rental and discounted Jet Ski rental.

We aimed to make this more than just a place to stay for a family
but a fun place to explore and adventure.

The space
All furniture in the unit is new

we try to make the space as hypoallergenic and allergy friendly as possible
we even go to the extent of using uv-c cleaners like the hospitals do for sterilization
our place stays very clean

It is a 3 bedroom place
1 full bathroom with a shower
and a half bath in the master bedroom

Each bedroom has a hybrid queen sized bed that is very comfortable
and can sleep 2 people per bed

The pool table is 7 feet
and different sized cues are provided for people of all ages
as well as the more difficult shots in tighter spaces.


We keep our kitchen fully stocked with everything needed


Most importantly whenever you are ready to get on the water just walk to the unit next door
and Evolution Jetsports will get you situated
Guest access
During your stay you have full access to Unit #1 and everything inside
unfortunately due to the property being shared with a business the outside areas are reserved for customers of Evolution Jetsports
The water also is not visible from the front unit, but water access for kayaking is on the property

Kayak rental is free with the stay so feel free to walk next door during business hours and reserve your kayak
and of course while using the kayak you have use of the areas provided by evolution jetsports
Other things to note
Due to the property being shared we do have outdoor cameras on the property for surveillance
There are no cameras in the unit

There is also some road noise due to the unit being right off the road
if the noise is bothersome we can provide a white noise generator.
But even with the tv on low volume, it generally covers up the road noise that is there
