Coastal Blue #1 - Cozy, Updated and Just Off Fletcher Avenue!

  • Coastal Blue #1 is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom property that is the ideal place to stay during your next visit to Amelia Island. It has been recently updated including a new deck.

    From the lower level guests enter the living room, which offers comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. The dining area seats four and is right next to the recently updated kitchen, including all new appliances, flooring, and countertops. From the downstairs level, guests also have access to the laundry room with washer and dryer.

    Both bedrooms are on the upstairs level. In the primary bedroom, guests will enjoy a cozy king mattress and flat screen TV. Private balcony access can also be reached from the primary bedroom, where guests can enjoy the sound of waves crashing just across the street.

    The second bedroom offers two twin beds with new mattresses and linens as well. The main bathroom on the second level has a tub/shower combination and a vanity with extra counter space. Guests are provided all fresh bed linens and bath linens, including beach towels.

    Coastal Blue #1 is the ideal location across the street from the beach, and convenient to everything on the island. Located just 1/4 mile south of Main Beach and Fort Clinch, and just a 2 mile drive to downtown Fernandina Beach.

    Dogs are considered but they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs.

We got #1 with views of the ocean from balcony. Comfy bed & close to everything. We have stayed in many hotels & houses in the area. So nice for kids to have their own room. We loved this unit & will hopefully be back soon.

Clean, well-stocked kitchen, laundry in the unit. Beach towels provided, also there is a storage bin out the back door with beach chairs, beach toys, and a wagon to take items to the beach. We appreciated that the unit was pet-friendly, and our dog had a wonderful stay with us. The kids bedroom (with twin beds) was bright when the sun came up, so bring a portable blackout shade if your kids need a dark room to sleep. The carpeted staircase inside is fairly steep with narrow steps, so keep that in mind for small children or guests with mobility limitations.

First time to Fernandina/Amelia. Our unit was the one of four closest to road, but noise not bad. Amazing location near beaches and short drive to town. Apt. had just enough quirks to keep it interesting and had everything you need (including a great check-in snack!). Clean.

We had a spectacular stay at this cozy unit right across the street from the beach. Numerous beach related items were provided including a cart, towels, and chairs. The unit is also a short drive from downtown and walkable distance to fort clinch. The walk to the beach was only about 3-5 minutes. I would recommend this unit to anyone traveling to Fernandina Beach, and most definitely will be back!

There are a few small aesthetic blemishes on some walls and door frames. Steep and narrow stairs. But, overall a very good property that feels comfortable and cozy. Close to all amenities. Great washer/dryer room. Walking distance to many beach fronts. Close to public parks with beach areas and bathrooms. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The property manager excels at their services.

Cozy Beach Cottage feel

We just got back from a 6 night stay and had a wonderful time. The place exceeded our expectations. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach and had super convenient access to a beautiful, quaint downtown area. Property is also close to some great trails at Ft. Accommodating host and lovely condo

My husband and I finally got to have a much needed get away and this condo was a treat to stay in. It has everything you need to have a comfortable stay and then some. The king bed was super comfortable, it felt like my bed at home! The host was kind and accommodating when we had to change our original booking dates after some medical issues. We will be booking again when we return to Amelia Island.

Great location, great parking !

It worked for us. Clean and neat, with everything we needed. Easy check in. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook, as it was a girls weekend and we went out for every meal. The beds were comfortable, good for a small group.
