Welcome to your sunny escape! Our stylish and spacious home is just minutes away from the beach. With two bedrooms, den, and two bathrooms our home is the perfect size for a family, work colleagues, or group of friends.

The renovated interior showcases fresh, stylish design, and an updated suite of home appliances equipped for modern comfort. Fenced in backyard for pets.

Our rules are listed below:

- Please don’t flush wet wipes down the toilet. This unit has sensitive pipes and it will cause the sewer to back into the property. We kindly ask to dispose wet wipes in trash.

-Early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee. Please send inquiry for details.

- ***No parties or illegal activity allowed on site*** GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY AND BE FINED $1,000 PUS ANY EXPENSES AS A RESULT OF DAMAGES OR ADDITIONAL CLEANINGS.

- No eating or drinking in the bedrooms (closed water bottles are an exception). Additional cleaning fees to remove food/drink stains will apply.

- Up to 6 additional day visitors are allowed.
- Limited to 2 pets less than 35 lbs (additional fee of $80 will apply)

- Communicate problems at check-in or upon discovery to give the host 24 hours to remedy the issue.

- Expectation is for the home to be returned in the condition in which you found it.

Seeking Motel 6 Quality?

When we arrived the space did not meet our satisfaction. The gate to get into the space is rusty. The kitchen had been renovated and looked nice, but everything else was cheap. The space was very low quality, dusty, dingy, and scuffed. The furniture was cheap and uncomfortable. The backyard was definitely not an oasis. The neighborhood felt unsafe being on a busy loud 4 lane highway.
