Bohemian Bungalow

This chic colorful apartment is newly furnished with bold colors and comfortable touches. The previous tenant was a Bohemian lady who had a flair for color so we kept the bold paint scheme and expanded on it. The apartment is part of a ground level duplex, and has mostly all new furnishings and updated appliances. The tile in the bathroom is retro style.The location is stellar as you can walk to many of the fun dining and drinking hotspots in trendy Riverside. We are located with in a mile of Interstate 10 and 2 miles from Interstate 95 and the downtown.Dedicated offstreet parking is assigned . A pet is permitted with a $ 50.00 fee up to one week! Guests staying a week or more will have access to the laundry serving my two adjacent duplexes. (A modest fee is charged. )There are security cameras on the premises. Adorable place!

Perfect Weekend Stay

Daiv was awesome! Walked in to two delicious cupcakes and a cute little apartment that even had a honor bar. Very relaxing and walkable distance to restaurants/bars. Not to mention greatly priced! 10/10.

Bohemian Bungalow-Great Vive

Even though we only stayed 2 nights, we felt like we were staying in our home. We always felt safe and welcomed. Bungalows neighborhood, close to Avalon Historical strip with shops and restaurants, Riverside 5-Point neighborhood and a 20 Minute drive to JAX Beaches. Great Vive

The perfect getaway

Me and my husband travel a lot and this by far one of the best places we’ve stayed I’d have to give it a 10/10 and put it in my Top 5, The owner was very nice he even gave us cupcakes on arrival and we were super excited about that. The rental is well equipped and stocked with things you may have forgotten. We did a one night stay and It was perfect no complaints at all

This was a tremendous alternative to the cookie cutter hotel room. The property was easy to find. The interior was decorated very nice. Bed was super comfortable. My wife enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the cool morning air. Our host went above and beyond. The welcome gift was delicious.

Lovely apartment

I love the location and the furnishing/decor of this apartment. Perfect size for a couple. Comfy bed. The couch also was comfy which can be a rarity in rentals. The host was amazing and made us feel at home. We will be back when visiting Jax in future. Great walkable neighborhood too.

We had a wonderful stay. The advertising and pictures posted were surprisingly accurate. Diav (host) was extremely pleasant and communication with us very nice. All expectaions were surpassed. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting. We certainly will call Diav next visit to Jax.

Nice, eclectic one bedroom. It was clean and has everything you need. Bed was comfy. Diav is a great host. Communicates wonderfully. The two cupcakes and personal note awaiting our arrival were a great touch. Darn good cupcake.

Dave was very accommodating and this was a perfect location for us. We had a place we wanted to eat and this was only a couple of miles away. Also, as a nice surprise, Dave had left cupcakes for my husbands birthday. A nice touch. We appreciated the thoughtfulness.

Daiv’s Riverside Retreat

First, I would like to say that the host Daiv is the best and most accommodating and responsive host you could ever ask for with his impeccable customer service, communication and personal touch. The location of the unit is great with restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk. The place was very quiet and located in an older neighborhood with lots of newly updated older homes. The place offers everything you will need to make you feel comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Jacksonville.

Cozy

My family stayed just one night here but it was a nice little place to stay. It was clean, the linens smelled clean. I didn't feel unsafe. There were cameras too. I have a fear of roaches because of other rather expensive hotels Ive walked away from but this place seemed clean and void of anything like that. I would stay again.
