  • Bring the whole family to this amazing 4BR, 3.5BA beach house just 50 yards from the beach and 5 blocks from bars, restaurants, and Casa Marina. Lots of room to spread out in this home that is consistently rated FIVE STAR. Big, open, fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and large dining table. Spacious gathering room with an oversized couch and a 75-inch TV. Huge master suite with ocean views. Enjoy coffee or cocktails on one of the 2 ocean-view balconies. TV's in every bedroom. Outdoor shower. Two-car garage with beach chairs, toys, and beach cart. Must be 25 or older to rent.

    The space:
    - 1st floor: 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, full bath.
    - 2nd floor: Big, open, fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and large dining table; spacious gathering room with oversized couch, 75-inch TV, balcony with ocean view, and a half bath.
    - 3rd floor: Large master suite with ocean views, private balcony with ocean view, full bath with shower room, and custom walk-in closet; Bunk room with full-over-full bunk bed, 1 single trundle bed, and a full bath.

    Guest access:
    Guests will have access to the whole home.

    Other things to note:
    This home does not have a backyard or back porch.

Great location and beautiful property! They had kid stuff (pack n play, high chair, utensils, etc) which was very convenient! Super close to the beach and had chairs, wagon, and beach toys. Would definitely stay here again

Property was amazing and the host were great! Very family friendly property with all the amenties and tools needed. The property was very clean and cozy! The ocean views were amazing and the location is quiet/relaxing, and close to everything. I would definitely stay again in the future!

The property was great for my family. It was clean and check in and check out was very easy. We enjoyed it very much.

Exceptionally clean, spacious, with comfortable beds. Hosts also did a fantastic job of communicating and labeling the home with important information. Location was better than expected. Barely a block from the ocean. Will book again if back in Jacksonville.

Wonderful place

We came for a wedding at Casa Marina and Margaritaville which were only 5 blocks away so this was a great location. The place is very clean and the beds are super comfortable. The beach outside our door was a plus! We would recommend this place!

Amazing VRBO

We had an incredible stay at this property! We enjoyed being so close to the beach and the Jax beach restaurants/bars. The home is in a safe location, is very clean, and perfect for a beach getaway. The home is organized, cozy, and spacious. There are 2 balconies with views of the beach! The host, Matt, is a great communicator and extremely accommodating. The check in and check out instructions were easy to follow. I highly recommend this property!

Family Wedding

First, Matt is the best communicator ever! If I messaged him, he messaged back so quickly. Secondly, when we walked into their home we rented, we were blown away!! It was as beautiful as the pictures and descriptions made it sound. And sooooo CLEAN! Lastly, we did not go without ANYTHING! It was the most well stocked home we have ever stayed in. Literally, they had everything you could think of that you “might” need and it made our stay AMAZING!!! Thank you Matt and Tanya for the best trip ever!! Katie and Family
