Clean rental with lots of bathrooms, nice balcony and view, and great location for beaching!Has a big walk in closet we used as an infant room, with a roll-away crib provided. Host is accommodating and super quick to respond.Will stay again.

Best Beach Stay

The proximity to restaurants, the beach and entertainment is unmatched. Thr best of all was the cleanliness, functionality and thoughtful design/amenities within the home. We will definitely stay again. It was perfect for a family of 5 with a mjx of teens and elementary age children. The host was also dialed in and responded promptly to all chats and questions.

Beautiful home close to the beach, great views of the beach as well. Our host made check-in a breeze. Great location, within walking distance of several coffee shops and restaurants. The house was gorgeous with amazing decor, furniture, and soft beds. The showers worked great. Amenities were abundant. Very clean, beautiful, and CLASSY. Would recommend to anyone.

Volleyball Trip

Visiting JAX to watch my daughter play against UNF and Jacksonville U. Wonderful location and well appointed. Do NOT rent next year, same weekend, so we can rent it again :—)

Hardly any traffic made it easy to cross street to beach Very nice there was a cart to carry chairs umbrellas and beach toys that was all provided A friend came and visited us Was great there was a baby crib and clean sheets

Great location and fantastic host!

So close to the beach we could see the ocean from several windows. The property was clean and nicely furnished- just as the photos show. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking, eating and entertaining needs. Elizabeth was a great host. Quick to respond and and provide guidance and assistance.

All the amenities you could ask for handsoaps, etc top notch the beach is literally across the street upscale restaurants, and those you know are a short drives or walks and most all via bicycle. Quiet neighborhood while we were there.

Beautiful house

The house has been beautifully renovated and decorated. The location is great for easy beach access with kids and walking distance to restaurants. The house is well stocked with all the amenities you would want for a family beach vacation. We would definitely stay at this house next time we visit the area.

Close to the beach and perfect for families

We booked this unit for a family, with 5 adults and two kids. The property was spacious, with 3 floors and had enough space for us to spread out. The beds were so comfortable and the property was super clean. It was decorated so cute too and the little labels were so helpful. It had everything we needed. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. We will be back to this property for sure.

Elizabeth was a great host, responsive, simple process in easy detail. Home is very clean & updated. We enjoyed a slow morning drinking coffee viewing photography books provided, kids enjoyed people & dog watching off the balcony. Very cozy & homey, active community walking outdoors. Nice location. Beautiful Property in Fantastic Location

This 3-level townhome was perfect for our needs. It was beautifully furnished and thoughtfully equipped. We were in Jacksonville for a wedding and the location made it easy to run out quickly for items we forgot—lots of nearby shopping. We already want to return.
