The dining area has seating for 6 as well as 4 counter stools at the kitchen pennisula. All new stainless steel applicances, with new cabinets and an upgraded granite countertop and separate pantry closet. The kitchen is well equipped with all new dishes, glassware and small appliances...everything you need for any cooking you might want to do. Master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, TV, a desk, it's own bath and a walk in closet. Views of the ocean on 2 sides. The 2nd bathroom is just off the 2nd bedroom which is equipped with 2 double beds and TV. Beds and bedding are also new. The patio has seating for both relaxation and eating. The unit has it's own washer and dryer. 4 beach chairs are provided. Enjoy the beautiful white sands of Amelia Island. It's Island Time! Steps to the beach via a private walkway and the refreshing community pool are unbeatable! Amelia South is located in the middle of Amelia Island....easily accessible to the Ritz Carlton or downtown Historic Fernandina Beach with its fabulous shops and restaurants. The unit is just beautiful, and the view outstanding! Our weather was not the best, but the interior was so comfortable that we were still able to enjoy it. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked. I’d recommend this unit wholeheartedly!

A gem in Amelia Island
Before you walk through the door to this condo, you see the amazing views that await you. Because it's an end unit, you have the benefit of more windows/natural light inside plus a balcony that only has one wall versus the typical. It's a beautiful view and well-appointed updated unit. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beach chairs and such that were included. The master bath is tight and less than ideal, but that's really the only suggested improvement I'd have. An excellent spot!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very comfortable and has everything we needed. The only thing that we felt like it needs is a curtain or shade on patio window and door. It gets very bright in the morning in condo!! The view is awesome…
